Sanders Farm is a grassland poultry unit situated conveniently between Lewes and Eastbourne. Mains water and electricity are connected. The consent is subject to a planning agreement and an agricultural occupancy condition stating that ‘the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed, or last employed, locally in agriculture as defined in Section 336 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or forestry, or a dependant of such a person residing with him (but including a widow or widower of such a person)’.
